Gym Classes

Join Awarua Social and Health Services gym classes, held every week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5.30 pm to 6.30. Our Health and Fitness promoter; Carlene Mckenzie, takes classes involving Step routines, Circuit training and Low impact.
